Solidap watches your availability via a secure read-only calendar connection (Google, Outlook, or ICS) and detects earlier openings caused by cancellations or reschedules.
3) Smart Matching
When an earlier slot matches a customer’s preferences, Solidap sends a targeted SMS offer:
“An earlier opening is available on [Day & Time] — reply YES to take it.”
4) Customer Confirms
If the customer replies YES, Solidap sends a staff alert that includes:
Customer full name
Customer phone number
Original appointment date/time
Confirmed earlier slot date/time
5) Staff Approves
Your staff updates the appointment in your existing scheduling software — Solidap never edits appointments itself.

Solidap provides your dedicated SMS number automatically. This is a separate number only used for texting customers regards to earlier appointments. Solidap does not interfere with your current SMS phone number/reminder phone number in any way.
SMS delivery costs are not included in subscription pricing and are billed monthly based on usage through your messaging provider.
Typical U.S. SMS rates:

Solidap requires:
• A calendar connection via Google, Microsoft Outlook, or a read-only ICS feed (Almost all schedules can provide this)
• Customers to opt in by texting EARLY to your Solidap SMS number (A QR code will also be provided so you can add anywhere)
• Your staff to update appointments inside your existing scheduling software
• SMS delivery fees billed separately through the provided number
• Solidap does not replace or change your scheduling system, does not interfere with your current SMS reminder messages and phone number, and does not access or store patient, customers, or appointment data beyond availability.
