HOW SOLIDAP WORKS


How does Solidap know when an appointment opens?

Solidap connects to your calendar using read-only access.

How do customers join the early appointment waitlist?

Customers opt in by sending the keyword:

EARLY

to the Solidap phone number assigned to your business.

• scanning your Solidap QR code
• clicking a pre-filled SMS link

Opt-in is voluntary.


What happens after a customer texts EARLY?

Customers are guided through a short SMS flow where they provide:

• preferred days

• their current appointment date and time

This allows Solidap to determine if a newly opened slot is actually earlier than their existing appointment.


How does Solidap decide who receives an offer?

When a slot opens, Solidap identifies customers who match:

• preferred days
• preferred time windows
• earlier appointment eligibility

The system sends notifications to a small group of matching customers.


What happens when a customer replies YES?

The system immediately locks the slot and identifies the first accepted response.

Your staff receives a notification containing:

• customer name
• customer phone number
• original appointment time
• new earlier slot time

What if multiple customers reply YES?

Solidap uses a winner-lock system.

The first valid YES response secures the slot.

How long do offers remain valid?

Offers typically remain valid for up to 60 minutes.

After that, the offer expires.


What happens to the customer's original appointment?

That opening can also be offered to other waitlist customers.

What calendars are supported?

Solidap supports:

These connections are read-only.
